Masaka Home Based Medical Services International (MHBMSI) is an Ugandan-based organization dedicated to providing quality, patient-centered healthcare services to individuals and communities in Uganda. As a leading provider of home-based medical services, we have expanded our scope to include a range of services that cater to the diverse needs of our clients and beyond borders.

Beyond Healthcare: Our Environmental Commitment
Our mission naturally extends to the health of our environment. Through Project Buli Mwana N'Omitti 2026, we are mobilizing every child below 18 years to plant and nurture trees — because a healthy community lives in a healthy ecosystem.
With a target of 24 million trees, we are combining health education with environmental action. Each tree planted represents our dedication to future generations, ensuring clean air, improved nutrition from fruit trees, and a greener Uganda.
